My name is Shae and I’ve been on my own fitness journey for about 5 years now. And what a journey it has been. Struggling with eating disorders majority of my childhood, fitness has been a huge outlet to not just better my physical but mental health as well. I’m a huge advocate for working out for the sake of being stronger and feeling the best in your body. Sure, dropping a size or two can you make you feel better about yourself as well, but in my opinion is a byproduct of moving your body and should not be the main goal. Movement is literally medicine. Enjoy the process and see value in the journey. There’s always ups and downs in life, but small changes can have big results with time.
