Hi all!! My name is Brittany. I'm a mom of 2 crazy kids, 2 big fur babies, wife, and business owner. I own Lucky Star Crossfit and The Old Sauk River Sports and Fitness Center. I love helping people find a love for fitness. Whether it be to lose weight, gain strength, become more flexible, or just looking to improve and sustain overall health. I offer in person personal training at The Old Sauk River Sports and Fitness/Lucky Star CrossFit or Virtual personal training you can complete anywhere!
